  1. I needed a place to stay at the last minute last Friday. I was working an Art show in New Port Richey. A young lady named Carolyn answered when I called quite late she told me to come over when I could get there. I finally arrived about 6:00 that night and was greeted by Craig. Craig escorted me to a site and made sure I had everything I needed. I asked about payment and he told me we would take care of it later. I think it was Bingo night and they both took the time to make sure I was satisfied long after the office had closed. I had to leave early Saturday and they were both there when I checked out even before the office opened. I stay at many RV parks along the east coast and it was a pleasure to be treated so well. I also noticed how nice and well kept the place was. Believe me it is one of the better places I have stayed at. I'm only sorry I couldn't stay longer. I do hope I get back there soon and spend some time. I know when I do Craig and Carolyn will make us feel welcome. Thanks again for a very good experience. I write this because I seldom see this kind of customer service , especially in Florida and I think someone should know about it.
    Thank You,

  2. Yahoo,, This is the fourth season we have stayed here at the Suncoast and we don't think we could find a better RV Resort to stay at. It is quiet, the fellow campers are very friendly and you'll never find nice people than those who work and run this place. We have stayed at several other sites on the east coast and the west coast and none of them top the Suncoast RV Resort.

It’s our second year at your well established RV Park and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends.
Its location puts it within walking distance of diverse shopping and medical clinics. Older parks require more maintenance and you’re doing a great job in keeping everything tidy, Craig & Carolyn.
On a more personal note, I want to thank you for keeping an eye on my wife Laurie while visiting my buddies in Mexico. She always felt safe and sound and met friendly neighbors. Keep up the good work as we plan to return to Suncoast Park next season.
Now, if you only could get rid of those nasty “no see’ums”!

  4. Carolyn,
Thanks for helping with the Steve Jeffris show. The room looked so neat and festive. You are a great sweet person.
Craig always waves and has a smile on his face. Happy faces are a blessing. We love the Church Services and Bible Study. We feel like home here!
May God smile and bless you both.

  6. Dear Craig and Carolyn,

We came to the Suncoast RV Resort on cold December day and stayed through the warm, mild, sunny days heading back to PA April 2nd. While at Suncoast Craig bent over backwards to help me with my computer and the WiFi stuff I had to learn. He has such patience. Carolyn is a sweetheart and so helpful every time I went in to see her. We enjoyed the activities at Suncoast RV and the entertainment was top-notch. Betty enjoyed learning how to do karoke, that was fun and Tom enjoyed his Bingo. All in all, we enjoyed our time here, close to some family and friends and walking in the mall next door. We will return again but only to stop in and say hello. Not that there was anything wrong, but we bought a house here and will use it during our winter trips south. God bless you Craig and Carolyn and thank you so much for everything. Betty and Tom Ritz

Seven great seasons here @ Suncoast!
Only drawback to this park is the drainage problems after a heavy rain!
This year was the calmest ever due largely to the great personalities of our new managers.
Carolyn and Craig are kind, helpful and very upbeat as they calmly manage the park. They took the time to interact with all the campers and knew everyone by name!
They are very friendly, accessible and made great efforts to have lots of part activities.
    Good job!

We appreciate the way you two manage Suncoast. The grounds are kept
clean and attractive, the guests quiet yet friendly and engaging.
And most of all the hospitality of you and Staff is a step above.
We look forward to being here next season. Perhaps, some of the palm fronds could be trimmed??
    Sincerely
    The Samsons,

  12. We stayed at Suncoast from May-July in our 5th wheel. The park is beautiful, tranquil and well-maintained. It's close to everything but peaceful at the same time. The pool is lovely, too. Managers Craig and Carolyn are terrific and do a great job. We look forward to another visit as soon as possible. -Helaine & Bob

  14. Dick and Carolyn:
Maureen and I wanted to say that we have thoroughly enjoyed our week at Suncoast. Though during the first part of the week we had blustery winds and rain, the most important thing we felt about the park was its quiet at night. There was no road noise which we have always found other places. Probably due to the many trees. We rested and slept like deep in a forest. We look to come back again.

  15. This RV Campground is an oasis within a very busy area of west Florida. The site is well treed and maintained. Craig and Carolyn make you feel welcomed and at home in their park. Our stay was relatively short and we found it an ideal location to resupply and make our plans to further explore Florida. The included internet service was strong and reliable, something that is essential to us. Craig and Carolyn, thank for your hospitality... The McKinnons
